Create Wedding Day Timeline
- Develop a detailed schedule for the wedding day, including key events (e.g., ceremony, first dance, dinner) to ensure a seamless flow. -
Hotel Room Block Reservations for Guests
- Arrange hotel room blocks for out-of-town guests and provide booking details to ensure convenient accommodations -
Transportation Research
- Research and recommend transportation options for the bridal party and guests, such as shuttles or limos. -
Ongoing Vendor Communication & Liaison
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors leading up to the wedding, confirming details, timeline, and any last-minute requests. -
Attend Final Walkthrough with Venue & Catering
- Attend the final venue and catering walkthrough to confirm logistical details, seating arrangements, and final guest count. -
Run Ceremony Rehearsal
- Lead the ceremony rehearsal, ensuring the bridal party understands their roles and the flow of the ceremony. -
Coordinate All Vendors on the Wedding Day
