  • Communication with the Couple as Needed
    - Maintain regular contact with the couple to provide guidance, updates, and answer questions throughout the planning process.

  • Planning Checklists
    - Create and manage detailed checklists to help the couple stay organized and track progress on key tasks.

  • Budget Management 
    - Assist in setting and monitoring the wedding budget, ensuring expenses stay within the agreed limit.

  • Vendor Research & Recommendations
    - Research and recommend potential vendors (e.g., caterers, photographers, florists) that align with the couple’s style and budget.

  • Review All Contracts
    - Carefully review vendor, venue, and rental contracts to ensure clarity, terms are fair, and all expectations are met.

  • Partial Décor & Design
    -
     Assist with the selection of décor elements, such as color scheme, floral arrangements, and  table settings, based on the couple’s vision (if desired).

  • Create Wedding Day Timeline
    - Develop a detailed schedule for the wedding day, including key events (e.g., ceremony, first dance, dinner) to ensure a seamless flow.

  • Hotel Room Block Reservations for Guests
    - Arrange hotel room blocks for out-of-town guests and provide booking details to ensure convenient accommodations 

  • Transportation Research
    -
     Research and recommend transportation options for the bridal party and guests, such as shuttles or limos.

  • Ongoing Vendor Communication & Liaison
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors leading up to the wedding, confirming details, timeline, and any last-minute requests.

  • Attend Final Walkthrough with Venue & Catering
    - Attend the final venue and catering walkthrough to confirm logistical details, seating arrangements, and final guest count.

  • Run Ceremony Rehearsal
    - Lead the ceremony rehearsal, ensuring the bridal party understands their roles and the flow of the ceremony.

  • Coordinate All Vendors on the Wedding Day
    |
    - Oversee the coordination of all vendors (up to 10 hours onsite), ensuring they arrive on time, follow the timeline, and handle any issues that arise.

  • Reception Set-Up & Break Down
    - Coordinate the set-up and break-down of the reception space, ensuring all décor, seating, and vendor needs are met.

  • Ceremony & Reception Coordination 
    - Manage the bridal party on the wedding day, ensuring they are in the right place at the right time for both the ceremony and reception.

  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination
    - Oversee the logistics of the rehearsal dinner, including the schedule, guest seating, and any special speeches or activities.
